Seeking a Service Desk Agent, who is able to undertake the following tasks:
•Provides technical support to users for basic computer related technical problems.
•Enters tickets into the call tracking tool; ensures information is accurate, prioritized and assigned to a queue.
•Education: High School or equivalent.
•Experience: 1 to 3 years.
Please Note - Candidates will have to operate through an Umbrella or their own limited company for this role.
