ESPO
ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) is a local authority purchasing consortium that operates throughout the UK, owned and operated jointly by six local authorities. ESPO’s key objective is to help public bodies achieve optimum value for money when buying goods and services.
The ESPO member authorities are Cambridgeshire County Council, Leicestershire County Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Norfolk County Council, Peterborough City Council, and Warwickshire County Council. However, being a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Framework is also open for use by local authorities beyond the six ESPO member authorities.
In July 2018 Synergize Consulting was awarded a place on ESPO framework 3S_18 Strategic HR Services to supply the following services until July 2020:

The main objective of this framework is to offer public sector customers access to a range of pre-approved Service Providers, from whom they may appoint a Service Provider that can deliver a range of Strategic HR Services.
