Infrastructure Support
We are able to source and provide all of the component skills and experiences required for Infrastructure Support services, this includes Service Desk operators and ‘floorwalker’ engineering staff to troubleshoot and support users post-deployment. We understand the need for Enhanced User Support and can provide the necessary quality and experienced staff to deliver this remotely and in person, whether 1st, 2nd or 3rd Line support.
In helping to maintain business as usual operations we can provide infrastructure engineers to support data centre equipment, we are also confident of being able to meet any need to provide 24x7 onsite or break/support cover if required.
